I bought this chair for working remote....to old to be a gamer anymore. Needed a chair with good support for all day working. Chair came in a fairly big box and was a bit heavy to get in the door. Opened up the box and needed to assemble every piece. All pieces and bolts were accounted for so all good there... Chair was fairly easy to assemble but I recommend you have another person hold the arm rest in place while the other tightens the bolts - Same goes for the back of the chair. I also recommend using a electric screw driver, as some of the bolt threads were a little bent...wasn't as easy to tighten down by hand. After assembling, the chair was very stable and not as soft as I would have liked it but I can live with that. The foot rest is VERY flimsy...I'm about 250lbs and even with my leg weight not completely sitting on the foot rest, it bowed downward quite a bit. Too me, looks like the foot rest could use another brace on the back to give it a little more sturder feel.Overall, the chair was alright...did come with a few blemishes on the massage pillow and head rest. Honestly, the massage pillow can probably be removed from the product line..as it doesnt do much other than make a lot of noise. Right arm doesn't quite fit in as snuggly as I would have liked. After reassembling, looks like the bolt hole was not drilled properly so the bolt doesn't quite go in all the way. But its an alright chair for my needs....Follow up:LEMBERI customer service reached out to me after my review and was extremely helpful with getting my concerns with the chair rectified and product replacement. Their customer service department was on top of the situation and really showed they care for their customers satisfaction. Kudos to them!Ordered this for my husband and he loves it! He's 6'2" with long legs, so leg rest hits him about mid-calf when reclined...but it's fine. Feels very sturdy and comfortable. Assembly wasn't too complicated and everything, including hardware and wrench, was in the box. Shipping and delivery was super fast and packaging was very well done. Thank you, seller ....awesome transaction!The gaming chair is great. We had a small issue after 3 months and reached out to the seller. Their customer service is amazing. They went above and beyond normal service to help me. They replaced the chair due to the defect with no hassles. That’s excellent service.TL;DRGood for the price, sturdy, uncomfortable.This is a pretty decent chair for the price! It is easy to assemble, and very sturdy. Below are the major pros and cons, and I'll begin with the cons:The Cons:1. Uncomfortable - The seat feels like the only cushion is the wrap over the board. This is a good value chair, not a marathon gaming chair.2. The seat back doesn't lock in place. If I lean back, the seat back will recline, and I have to pull it back upright using either the back itself or the armrests.3. The leg rest is the only part of the chair that doesn't seem that sturdy. I feel like it is a matter of time before it breaks.The Pros:1. The price. It is the reason you even clicked on the product in the first place.2. The build.* If you're like me, you are heavier than average and are looking for a chair that will support your weight. (* Check Con #3 above for the one caveat concerning the sturdiness of the chair.)3. The assembly. Having a wheeled chair shipped to you means you need to put it together. Fortunately, it is a very quick and easy build. It comes with a simple parts list/instruction pamphlet. It also comes with the hex key you need to put it together. They've also been considerate enough to include extra screws/bolts/washers, which is very considerate. The hardest part of the build is getting the leg rest installed, and if you aren't going to use it, I would recommend you skip it.And there you go, the pros and cons of the product.Not much to say about this chair, it's comfortable for those 10+ hour production sessions, the wheels work well, it's easy to set up, it kinda squeaks a lot but not so much that it's a deal breaker. The foot stool thing is a little gimmicky but fun if you just need a break and feel like laying back in your chair. It supports me well, I don't feel like it's going to break (I'm 5' 10" 300lbs). Might wanna get a cushion, the seat seemed a little firm for me.I use it everyday the foot rest isn’t exactly what I thought it was going to be (not fold out and not very long) but it’s comfy and well worth the 130$My husband loves the chair he said it’s very comfortable the only thing he doesn’t like is he is 6 2 a tall man.. the foot rest only goes out so far and his legs hang off so maybe you should add another part to make it adjustable for taller people to use the foot rest other than that the chair is very niceComfortable arm rests and back support, head rest. Seat could be a little more padded. Leg recliner needs to be length adjustable for taller people otherwise it’s useless rolls smoothly on carpet.
