I think it could use more cushion throughout. It starts to get a little uncomfortable after a few hours.Average Chair for money, needs wider base for support from tipping.Massage pad seems thrown in as a gimmick not very therapeutic per say...Product and box came damaged.not worth my time to ship back, use until need new oneordered replacement part from company, told me to be patient may take awhile.She love this chair to work in.Well I've had this chair for almost a year. I bought it in January and today this happened. A few months back it developed a squeak that would occur when you would lean forward or back in the chair, fast forwards to now and I'm not sure but I think I figured out what was making it squeak. Thankfully it didn't sheer all the way through otherwise I would be writing this from the floor in front of my computer. Long story short, the chair is a cool looking chair and thats about all it has going for it. It isnt very wide to accommodate for those of us who would need a chair rated for 400lbs like it stated when I purchased the chair. The bolstering in the seat digs into your sides and thighs to the point where it becomes uncomfortable during long seating periods and the foam the chair is made of becomes hard as a rock after a while to the point where I wonder if sitting on a metal folding chair would feel better (it probably would). Overall I'm disappointed in the quality of this purchase and would not recommend anyone else buying one.I'm a bigger girl, so wanted a bigger gaming chair. The chair fits my rear end fine, but the curve up on each side makes it uncomfortable. Guess I should have noticed that in the picture. :( So just so you understand the sides will push your legs up on the edges. Also, the chair came with no directions, but took about 25 minutes to figure out and put together. The usb cord for the massager could have been a little longer also, as I sit farther away from my screens. Also, mesh bag storage not overly great as the pillow straps for lumbar support cover it so turns into 3 small pockets can't put much in. Arms are a little cheesy, could have been better quality. okay chair for now.Ok so first things firstThis does indeed have an entirely metal frame except for the base but where this becomes an issue and they never tell you is those little fins on the seat HAVE metal in them with a thin veneer of padding and is very noticeable when using it. I tried to over look it but after 1 day of gaming I already am unhappy and have to return it.As for assembly it's rather simple, read the instructions and you should be fine. The only issue with construction was the plastic covers are not made properly and just barely DO NOT fit the sides.If you try to return this item be warned taking apart the base is a MASSIVE chore.If you're a tall skinny individual who wants a reliable chair but if you have a shoulder span greater than 20 inches I'd give this a wide birth.I have a lot of problems with my spine, and recently started working from home full time. I was having a lot of issues with my old chair, even though it was new, and was in a lot of pain by the end of the work day.I’ve had this chair two weeks now, and all the pain I was in has subsided. I no longer have to shift a dozen times an hour, and don’t even feel discomfort at the end of the day.It’s a bit unconventional for an office chair, but I prefer comfort over almost everything else.If you’re looking for comfort, look no further.I didnt like that the arm rests of the chair werent adjustable.Also i didnt like that i cant use the lever to stop my chair at a certain leaning point. Like most other chairs i have experienced, the lean in the chair is decent, but you cant lean back and push the lever in to hold that lean. However, the chair does provide great back support, and does offer the car seat like, 180° lay back feature. Which is good for about 5 secs, because you cant play a game or watch tv from that position.So all in all the product is good, the comfort of said chair is also decent as well. I loved the color, and the uniqueness of this chair.
